A massage session with Tibetan bowls and chakra energy color therapy

Chromotherapy, i.e. treatment with color, assumes that we perceive colors not only through the eyes, but also through all cells of the body, that they have a fundamental impact on our body. This influence has a twofold character - mental and physical. Both of these components, mental and physical, are closely related and contribute to our good health, which is why chromotherapy works comprehensively. The conducted research proved that each color has certain properties (vibration frequency - appropriate wavelength), which is associated with a specific energy. These waves pass through the nervous system and the energy centers of the so-called chakras to those parts of the body that need them - maintaining or restoring harmony in our body, rebuilding and strengthening the natural self-healing abilities. Chakras are energy centers located in our body, responsible for its collection, transformation and transmission to all internal organs of the human body. There are seven main chakras that have the greatest impact on health and well-being. If they function properly, we feel great both physically and mentally. If, however, the energy encounters blockages, then the work of the chakras is disturbed, and the resulting disharmony has a bad effect on health and general well-being (being one of the causes of physical and mental illness). The task of a color therapy (chromotherapy) session is to restore balance in our body. One method is to use a certified device that emits light of a specific color. Color therapy using the Bioptron lamp that he uses is completely safe and effective. The Bioptron lamp uses special filters equipped with bioinformation. These filters are handmade in France, which ensures the optimal and most effective light refraction, so important during this process.

In balancing the energy level of the chakras, I also use lithotherapy, i.e. the use of the emitted energy of specially selected precious stones. In turn, during the meditation, I will introduce you to deep relaxation to further strengthen the body's natural self-healing processes and the beneficial effects of the therapies used.

When your energy centers are working properly, I will move on to a massage with Tibetan bowls. It is a deeply relaxing treatment that stimulates the beneficial vibration of every cell in the body. These are the sounds of bowls, whose subtle tones have an extraordinary impact. We perceive each sound not only with the sense of hearing, but also with the whole body, which is why the method of sound massage, despite its delicacy, has a great impact. For the treatment, performed according to the Peter Hess method, I use specially manufactured Peter Hess bowls and therapeutic tuning forks with specific tones that have a proven, beneficial effect on the body. Their vibration is pleasant to perceive - it flows through the tissues, stimulating each cell to vibrate and regulating their work. Just listening to the unusual, harmonious and soothing tones of bowls is a beautiful experience. However, the combination of hearing sensations and feeling vibrations directly in your own body during sound massage is an absolutely unique experience. During the treatment, the bowls are placed in various places around the body, next to the body or carried over it so that the whole body is subjected to harmonious vibration. At the very end of the session there will be a final relaxation - you will be enveloped in the sounds of nature, crystal instruments and other archaic instruments.

What will happen to you during the session?

- diagnosis of the energy level of all chakras;

- lithotherapy and chromotherapy with light (using the certified Bioptron lamp);

- guided meditation;

- massage with Tibetan bowls and therapeutic tuning forks;

- final relaxation.

The whole session takes place in a lying position on a specialized table suitable for therapeutic massage. Make sure that the outfit is comfortable, soft, without buttons and metal elements that during the massage would come into contact with the bowls, interfering with their sound.

Who is this session for?

This therapy session is for anyone who wants to experience deep relaxation and strengthen the body's natural self-healing powers. Natural therapies used during the session help to deal with stress, anxiety, initial stages of depression, fatigue, depressed mood and negative emotions. They improve the ability to concentrate, strengthen memory and mental strength. They are also used in the case of various pain and tension conditions - head, abdomen, back, joints, and muscles. They improve metabolism and cell renewal, and thus support weight loss. 

A session performed at least twice a month significantly supports the body's immunity, regeneration of the body after an illness, as well as strengthening the vital forces during its duration.

The proposed therapeutic session has no age restrictions.

Contraindications

Severe neurological diseases, psychiatric diseases apart from depression, implanted electronic devices, e.g. a pacemaker, cancerous tumors present in the body and of unknown origin, pregnancy in the first three months - in the case of a later one, I place the bowls only next to the body and the massage is more subtle.

Due to the current state of the pandemic, I do not perform sessions for people with colds or infectious respiratory diseases.
